Sagotec has been in the business of anatomical padding for footwear and sportswear since 1995.
In particular, we produce padding for ski boots, hiking boots, inline skates, motorcycle suits and boots, and cycling saddles and pads.
What makes our production special and unique is the SHAPING.
Thanks to this particular manufacturing process, unlike thermoforming, the material does not undergo any heat treatment and thus preserves all its original physical properties.
Our experience in the field enables us to shape anatomical padding in Polyurethane, Polyethylene, Neoprene, EVA, HLC, EPDM and other types of rubber with thicknesses ranging from 3 to 100 mm.
Our continuous drive for innovation combined with the search for new solutions for our customers has allowed us to discover and add to our production some innovative materials such as Poron® and Flexalon®.
